Is Cosmology land-based? If you are disconnected from the Land where you live, can you have a cosmology? How long can you hang onto the cosmology of your ancestral homeland on another continent? If settlers fail to adopt the cosmology and the language of their adopted land, how will they acquire a cosmology that makes meaning for their lives?
Is the Western problem of “cosmological destitution” pervasive?
How can I refer to cosmology, philosophy, religion, spirituality , ceremony and ritual in meaningful ways that bridge understanding of Western and Indigenous cultures?
